You seem to be responding to an argument that was never made. Nowhere in the post does it say that women were doing any of those things or that men were not.

But, for example, could the amount of rape committed by men not be expected to drop to basically zero if they were, on average, the physically smaller and weaker gender?

I suppose the same intent to rape would exist, but they would not have the ability, and therefore could not commit the atrocity itself. They would be functionally forced into a place of moral neutrality.
