You can put it simpler. You can say that in an effort to destroy Hamas--which is an organization, a construct, that would recreate itself even if every living member were killed--you'd be willing to sacrifice any number of innocent Palestinian lives. Then, we'd be speaking plainly, and we'd know our views are irreconcilable.
