Yea, in a sense. I mean, I feel like it probably tends to deal with a matter of degrees.

For example, let’s say one is in a highly unusual place mentally the night they’re making a first impression, maybe they’re under an inordinate amount of stress at the time. And they then quickly lose their patience with a stranger who is acting in a frustrating way towards them. Now the person they’re just meeting who is there to witness this, it might seem like they have an anger problem, even though acting in that way would be out of their behavioral repertoire 99.9% of the time.

Since the person they’re meeting for the first time has no idea what they’re generally like, they just assume they’re always this quick to anger.
