Hi Martin , Thank you for reading! :) I believe every person is vulnerable at some point and I only recently realised how important self-reflection is! It helped me a lot and I hope this idea of making few lists will find someone that really needs it right now and help him/her to realise that whatever the situation - it can always be improved :)
