It’s a good point. It’s a mixed bag. Heck, the simple fact that you read my article, written by an obscure author somewhere, is proof that the system works to some degree. I would never have been able to get my work out there without all these technological catalysts of decentralization. On the other hand, we have a generation on Instagram, which basically feels like watching TV but with the channel constantly changing. Like anything, it’s a mixed bag—great point!
