It was really hard coming up with descriptors that didn't have connotations! I originally went with "overly sensitive," but it sounded more judgmental than "highly." It's a good point though, nothing wrong with being sensitive. Heck, nothing inherently wrong with the others as well. But nuanced description can be difficult.
