Interestingly, I was telling a friend that I tend to have better experience with PAs. I can’t think of any real reason why that might be, so it’s probably just coincidental, but it’s funny to hear the same for you.

And whatever the reason, I’m happy to hear you at least are satisfied with the care you’re getting. Health is too important to not have a reliable and thorough practitioner you can go to for help.
