People always laugh at me when I say a degree of anxiety is the biggest green flag, but I really believe it.

I always remember a line I wrote in my second book when writing about this same topic: "Nobody runs unless chased." If we're ambitious, or working to improve ourselves, or driven to just about anything, something has to be pushing us, and in my experience, that motivator is usually anxiety.
