I think you need agreed upon limitations when you have a new partner, but I respect when my partners don't act like their ex now means absolutely nothing to them. That's just now how it works when you really love someone, and I want my partner to be honest with me about everything.

If they want to keep in touch, that's fine. Seeing each other in person should be limited to specific contexts or not happen at all, in my opinon.
