I think you make a great point here. Men are probably, in general, far worse at putting together an attractive profile. Interestingly though, that would only work to exacerbate the inequity I was hypothesizing, no? Because if they matched based on those profiles, and one side's profiles are flattering, while the other side's profiles do them no justice, that's going to represent another dynamic shift once they meet in real life.
