I mean, is the suggestion here that no men are looking for a relationship? Obviously, that's false.
I think a large swath of men are functionally invisible to women. For example, I have multiple friends that have never had a girlfriend.
The dating sites give us some insight to why that is, and fortunately, since we have the data, we don't have to get into interpreting it.
All the data suggests that a tiny subset of men are getting a hugely outsized portion of the likes and matches. These men are, then, inundated with options and might be difficult to convince to commit to one. However, the majority of men are met with no options at all.
So when someone says "men won't commit", I think that suggests they're going after the same men as all the rest.
