I hear you! Also, it's a bit addictive. The swiping, the validation of knowing someone is into you, those first fun flirty nights where the sexual tension is running high--it certainly has a draw.

But I think I'm actually actively lowering my standards. I'm so tired of playing these games, I'm bending over backwards to overlook things I wouldn't normally.

I do have a serious fear of commitment though, so that counterbalances things in the long run.
