Hello Dr. Yildiz,

I recently came across a website called Triberr. This website allows bloggers to form groups (called “tribes”) and have other bloggers join. Then, all the members agree to share each other’s content to their various social media pages. Often, there’s a trial period, wherein new members have to share a number of existing members posts before they can post their own. Some of these tribes reach millions and millions of people with their network!

I went to create one, but then I immediately thought of you, and the invitation I had received to join Illumination on Slack. Initially, I thought I’d reach out to you about joining my tribe once I established it, but it occurred to me that you might be interested in establishing a tribe for Illumination, in which case it would be advantageous for me to join that one, which would likely perform very well.

I’m reaching out today to ask if you were already aware of this website and if you have any interest in starting a tribe on there? If you have any interest, I’d be willing to set up a tribe for Illumination, and I’d invite you and whomever else you wish to join. It does cost money to host larger tribes, but I could cover that myself. I’d also be willing to do a promotional write-up, describing what we’re doing for all the Illumination members and other Medium writers. If you’d like to set up one yourself, consider this my formal request to join it. And, if you have no interest, I’ll still be sure to send you an invitation to the one I establish.

Thank you for your time,

Martin
