Thanks for the comment and claps! I wish I could take credit for that idea. I have spent most of my Air Force career advocating for good ideas. I was not given the tools or runway to actually execute due to the immense bureaucracy. Then I heard this comment about progress over ideas from Juval Lowy and completely changed my mentality, with some success. I'm hoping to read his book "Righting Software" soon!
