Generally, I don't like "either/or" arguments, but my response wasn't about choosing between which one should be addressed. It was about choosing which one should be getting the bulk of the oxygen. I'd argue the topic at hand should be the least of our concerns. If it were brought up, as it deserves to be, only in the rarest of circumstances, I wouldn't have had cause to write the article.
